چکیده
Abstract Lubricants are often contaminated by water in different ways. Water-polluted lubricants extremely accelerate wear corrosion, leading to the deterioration of lubricity performance. Recently, multiphase media superwettability has been developed endow one surface with compatible functions, such as on-demand separation oily wastewater. However, realizing robustness dual superlyophobic solve water-caused lubricant and contamination needed remains challenges. Herein, a robust membrane is presented realize for various lubricant—water emulsions. Compared pure lubricants, purified have equivalent tribology performance, which much better than that water-polluted lubricants. The as-prepared maintains superlyophobicity, high-efficient or purification, excellent performance lubricant, even after immersion hot liquids 24 h, multicycle separation, sandpaper abrasion 50 cycles. accelerates corrosion promote catalytic dehydrogenation generating too harmful carbon-based debris. This work shows great guiding significance recovering purifying membrane.

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
Progress of Membrane Engineering for Water Treatment
Together with the supply of energy and the environmental protection, fresh water is one of the three keys elements for the sustainable development of every society. Where the availability of water cannot be carried out by using conventional sources, unavoidable appears the resort of the major water source: the sea. Today, RO is one the most used membrane processes for the production of fresh wa...

The term 'membrane bioreactor' expresses a combination of activated sludge and membrane separation processes. The need to processes like sedimentation and disinfection used in common methods is eliminated through MBR systems in a way that membranes are placed into or out of an aeration tank and the vacuumed wastewater created by the suction pump is pulled up from inside the membranes and leaves...

متن کاملMembrane Distillation for Water Recovery and Its Fouling Phenomena
The total volume of water on Earth is circa 300 million cubic miles, with close to 98.0% being salt water and the remaining 2.0% fresh water. It has been increasingly more challenging to harvest fresh water from surface water, seawater and even from wastewater due to the combination of factors, viz. burgeoning population growth, rapid industrialization and climate change. Recently, membrane dis...
